Rosita and her family will offer you the very typical "Polenta Valdotaine" prepared as of old, cooked on the fire of larch wood, served with various meats and sausages served with a sauce so light and tasty plates of charcuterie mountain white bacon, ham, sausages, salami, Mochetti (dried meat of deer or beef).
All this washed down with wines typical Valle d'Aosta. A pure delight. Finally, desserts "homemade" Italian-style cafes, grappa or Génépy homemade.
The Oasi Restaurant is open daily at noon, from mid-June to mid-September.

In winter, the buildings are completely buried under the snow... The Oasi is closed.
