Tor des Géants, the endurance trail throughout the entire Aosta Valley, starts on 7 Sep 2014 in Courmayeur.

The route is around 330km long, with a total climb of some 24,000m, and runs through 34 different municipalities. 

The route starts and finishes in Courmayeur Mont Blanc and follows the two High Level Paths (Alte Vie) in the Aosta Valley, over a total distance of around 330km with 24,000m of vertical ascent. It starts off on the Alta Via 2 in the direction of the lower valley then returns by the Alta Via 1.

There are several rest, food and recovery points along the route.
